We approached around six different agencies in the chorley area to take over our website. We liked the look of marvel due to their client list and portfolio however we eventually went to another buckshaw agency - Lumen.We would have loved to go with marvel however we believe if the skills are not done inhouse then it should be obvious from the outset.Without getting into the full details we approached another web agency a few doors down, then a few days later had a meeting at marvel. What didnt add up is that they both had the same web portfolio, after a few checks on google it became obvious they actually use the agency a few doors down for their web work.We steered clear and it looks like it was a good decision as we have now found alot of their services are completed by third parties.We gave two stars because even though we choose to go another way, they have a nice office, were professional and close on budget.We would have used them if they were clearer.
