People of colour STAY AWAY. Little diversity and they treat you, VERY DIFFERENTLY.This agency are racist, bad at communication and do not care at all about their workers. They see them as disposable. I was told several times that working for mash would be futile unless I knew a booker there but still joined them. Found it a little difficult to book jobs, find anyone to actually talk to as they were all 'busy' but would return calls or emails.I know several people who they had booked weeks in advanced and just cancelled their jobs last minute. In fact one girl whose job they cancelled without even telling her. I've had jobs cancelled literally hours before. They lie about clients feedback when really it's bookers friends who think they're high and mighty reporting to them. It's not worth it. Especially the corporate team.To excel at this company you need to be just as fake and into drugs as those at the top or ignorant and able to turn a blind eye and allowing them to push you around. Most importantly you must be white or very light skinned
