They work hard and keep you updated throughout the whole process, no, 'Don't worry about it, we'll call you when its done" BS only to get what you didn't order. You know what's going on with your order the entire time. They give fair prices and honest advice. As a fellow small family run business, we can appreciate the hard work and passion that clearly shows when dealing with Josh and Andrea!

I recently worked with Mass Threads for a large project. I've worked with other printers in the area and the quality of tees from Mass Threads far exceeded the other guys. We got a nicer feeling shirt, a better print and better customer service - all within budget. Josh really knows what he's doing and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Happy to recommend them and will definitely be using them for all future projects.

Did a great job creating t-shirts and hoodies! Very responsive and helpful getting the order done before Christmas. The shirts are high quality and a good price. Would have liked to see a better "proof" before delivery and quicker follow up. But overall a great experience! I will do business with them again.

I made a phone call asking questions about a Christmas gift for my husband with his company logo. They answered every question I had helped me design the t-shirts and made the experience wonderful. The t-shrts were ready to go in about 2 weeks very fast and the end result was fantastic I would recommend them to anyone

My experience with Mass Threads has been exceptional !! My company got an oppurtunity to be on a popular t.v. show and I needed company shirts quickly. Best printing place in Worcester. After Fiding quotes in other places decided to go with them because not only prices were better but the service and attention was amazing, very personalized, I felt I knew them forever, they took my idea and made suggestions that really improved what I wanted. Extremely helpful..Josh and his wife are amazing and will help you every step of the way, the prices are great . Thank you so much guys... Will be back soon
