Overall Feedback:

The Ohio Matco Distributors do not care about career Matco tool users. I started my own business in Akron and I’ve been trying to get 2 broken toolboxes repaired, OR EVEN LOOKED AT. I have loads of broken tools and I have to keep purchasing new ones at local stores out of my own pocket. If something doesn’t change I’ll be dropping the boxes, and all these tools at your front door and you’ll hear from a lawyer.
