Matrix recently redesigned and upgraded Barbican Theatre's website and we are extremely pleased with the final product; both from the customer facing element and also the redesigned CMS. Throughout the redesign process the team were professional and very knowledgable, but also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They listened to and were very considerate of we wanted to achieve, but also offered their own thoughts and ideas - the ideal combination. They were able to work really well with our external ditital box office system providers to ensure it integrated fully with the new website. We've already had some incredibly positive comments about the look and usability of the new site.
