Outstanding Service and Employees! I am the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Dr. Kourakin's Office, and yesterday Max Communications was here to do all the wiring and installation for our New Electronic X-Ray Machines and Computers in every operatory. As they were finishing up I mentioned to Dr. Kourakin that the phone in my office was working but the jack was dead. The two gentlemen took a look at it, and it was a very old port, and the wire was severed. Even though they had finished up their scheduled job for the day, they stayed and made sure before they left I had a working phone!! I came in this morning and couldn't have been happier and more grateful!!! Thank you for your dedication and for going above and beyond!! I highly recommend them, and our business will do any and all work with them when needed!

Max Communications needs to be your "go to" company for your business telephone system. When I was making a determination as to which company to go with, Ed came to our office and demonstrated the suggested phone system and spent well over one hour thereafter walking around my office to figure out what needed to be done for the installation. The transition to our new VoIP system was seamless. And the cost was extremely reasonable. I could not be happier with the entire process. I recommend them without hesitation.

Max Communications, Inc. is great to work with. With their superior products, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service they made our change over very easy. They take the time to explain everything so that it is understandable and make sure you are trained and comfortable on the new equipment. On my first phone call with the new Voice over IP phones I thought I had dead air the sound was so clear that I was startled when the person on other end answered me! If you have the chance to choose Max Communications, do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed!

MAX Communications has ALWAYS been helpful when I have called with issues or questions. I had a new headset delivered and it continued to accidentally pick up calls when I wasn't ready to do so. I called over and Ciera had Adam and Greg come over and take a look. They fixed the problem and Adam even helped me download a particular app on my computer that helped me personalize the settings for my new headset. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy. :)
