Overall Feedback:

McFadden/Gavender is one of the worst marketing agencies among the dozens I have worked with. The employees have tons of potential and the creatives are top-notch, but the owners are deceitful, bad people to work with. They will undermine clients, flat-out lie to cover up their mistakes, and mistreat their employees. Look for the many negative employee reviews and you will see the real side of this company.
