The woman in the front was very rude and at one point told me to get out because I was “talking loud” in an empty room, with all employees on lunch break.

Great agency! I worked with an agent named Michelle Zitomer she found me a great job in a week and answered any questions I had really fast. Overall great experience with this company and I would highly recommend them.

I don't recommend them if you have unique/technical skills. They basically try for a little to find placement then give up and you never hear from them again. I don't think they have that many good jobs coming into the area.

I see a lot of reviewers saying they were found placement and loved it, good for them. However, my experience was quite different. I was called by Wendy and she told me that they had positions available that I would be a good fit for and that she would like me to come in for an interview. I came there, 45 minute drive, and it was a complete waste of time. It took me longer to get there than the actual wait time and interview combined. I was interviewed for all of 3-5 minutes. Tops. I worked with Alycia and I didn't find her to be nice. She doesn't return your calls, she seems annoyed on the rare occasion you do get to speak to her. I applied a year ago, I called at least once a week to check in and they never found me anything to this day. I don't recommend them.

Simply put, McCallion Staffing landed me my dream job. I worked with Kelli who was very thorough and honest during the process. I knew I could e-mail her at any time and receive a quick and honest response. It was evident that Kelli has established great relationships with her clients which really prepared me for the interviewing process. Not only has she established relationships with the recruiters at her Client sites but she has also established relationships with Senior managers to really get a feel for their staffing needs. I am constantly told what a great fit I am for my team and I truly have Kelli at McCallion Staffing to thank for that.

I worked at McCallion Staffing for 3 years and had such a great experience! It was my first "real" job out of collage and the lessons I learned and experiences I had were irreplaceable. The environment is warm and friendly and the Recruiters and Account Managers here work extremely hard and are always looking out for their clients and helping them gain employment. They have so many great job opportunities in industries such as Administration, Industrial, HR, Pharmaceutical, management, ETC. McCallion always works with a number of reputable companies and truly looks out for their clients and employees working for them. Overall my experience working at McCallion as a Recruiter was very rewarding. The only reason I left was to pursue opportunity within my parents business. I will always be thankful for the learning, experience, and opportunity I had with McCallion Staffing!

I used McCallion Staffing to bring on a temp I needed to help build some work in our Project Management an Finance software. Within a matter of days, the provided me a few options who I was able to interview, and within a week or so I had some hired and ready to start the work. It was an easy and seamless process, with no stress. I would definitely use McCallion Staffing again in the future.
