Surprise on the low rating this is one of the better Clinics Ive been to. Ive only had one bad experience in almost three years.

Rude employees, especially at the pharmacy. It was my first time getting something from this pharmacy so I'm not familiar with their process, which is different than most places (get in a queue for a kiosk, read a pointless set of long instructions so that you can choose a pointless category so you can get a ticket from the kiosk so you can get entered into another pointless queue with no logical order), I was then loudly told by one of the window clerk females that I "looked confused", and it wasn't even an offer to help but a smug comment with no follow-up. As if that wasn't enough, the other clerk that I got was sighing the whole time I was filling up the pointless form they made me fill out to get a simple bottle of over-the-counter cough syrup, like I was wasting HER time.
