Melinda was a huge help. My old insurance company was giving me grief about my move from AZ. I googled insurance companies and McCool was first on the list. She went through several carriers, and got me the best price and better coverage than i had. she even highlighted the stuff MVA would need to transfer my title. the MVA lady even said that the agency was great.

I am so happy with Melinda! I suddenly needed Insurance late in the day, I think it was 4:47pm! She was able to get the insurance I needed immediately and was willing to work past her office closing time to do it. She was pleasant and in no way gave any impression that I was an inconvenience to her. Melinda went the extra mile when I needed her.
