I am a current client of Ms. McEnroe - and I cannot believe the atrocity of communication between this team and my company. The creativity they initially brought to the table seemed completely worth it in the beginning, don't get me wrong; however, trying to reach someone for over a month to no avail just completely blows me away. We began this project in late April- first everyone seemed communicative, and fell right off of the face of the earth. I got one piece to approve over a month ago, and have been trying to make contact since. Do not count on this team to keep you as a priority if you are a "little fish" - you won't hear from them for a month, or more, as they work on your project. It seems no progress is being made- and Ms. McEnroe will not respond to my voicemails, text, or emails. I am hoping this review will open her eyes in trying to contact me, and that I will be able to adjust this review to something positive - as of now, 7/31, I can't believe a business is run this way. If this continues, this review will stay a 1-star- because that is the level of service we have gotten, and I will soon be seeking new help on my project.
