I have been working with McGill Buckley since 2010. Although I was part of a franchise group based in the US, McGill Buckley assisted me in making sure that all our marketing addressed the Ottawa market as their company has a very good understanding of this area. As a small Ottawa family based business I can tell you that there are marketing companies that I have used in the past where the knowledge, service and style came nowhere near what you receive from the team at McGill Buckley. With McGill Buckley, we got the services of a big marketing firm with the casual, friendly style of a small family business. They really understood what it’s like to be an entrepreneur. They never ever got flustered and even answered emails and texts over the weekend when we ran into an urgent situation. McGill Buckley is like family to us.
