Very friendly and helpful. I went in knowing very little about Medicare coverage and left feeling comfortable with the plan I chose. All my options were clearly explained and my questions were answered very thoroughly and professionally. I had a very good experience with the staff and I would highly recommend this place. Connie was the lady who worked with me today and she was awesome!

Had Todd MCleod and his staff as my agent for a better part of 18 years. Always helpful. Notifies me when there are less expensive offerings for the insurance I carry. Never an issue. I am going to miss having him as an agent when I move to Florida.

Connie was amazing. As professional a person as I have ever met. Her problem solving skills were impeccable. I must have talked to 10 agents before her and none of them were as knowledgeable as Connie. It is impossible to describe in words so if anyone is thinking about health insurance she is the person to see.
