I was a customer of Express Graphics before she retired and had nothing but positive things to say about her. Figured I would give Media Factory a chance. I called to see if they had time to give me a quote on a vehicle that need decals on it, the girl on the phone said sure just bring it on in. I walk in the front door to this huge showroom that was virtually empty and had a podium with what looked like a bible on it. No one greeted me, no one was sitting behind the counter, I was just waiting for probably 5 minutes before someone even realized i was there. The guy that came out acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for him to give me pricing on decals for my vehicles. He went out to my car and took measurements of the area that I wanted. I could be wrong but I don’t think he even wrote the measurements down. I know for a fact he never asked me for my name, or number or even my email address. The price he gave me was just some ball park price that he came up with while standing outside. The whole point of a quote is to get just that, a quote. I had to get 3 bids before I could get anything done. I ended up going with Fast Signs and they were $150 cheaper.
