Renew MD is a medical spa located in Reno, Nevada. Services include most non-surgical cosmetic procedures. With over 30 direct and indirect competitors in the market place marketing has to be laser focused to get your fair share of new patients. While we worked with two different digital agencies Renew MD did not see meaningful results. Media X-Ray was retained to replace our last company and did a audit of our past website and marketing and designed a strategic plan for our upcoming year. The results have been absolutely stunning. So much so after being in business for 14 years we are expanding adding more treatment rooms and staff. Each month a team from Media X-Ray sits down with our management and go over our results and from time to time we tweak key words and marketing to adjust for more efficiency and or focus on a particular product or procedure. We have seen increases across the board but in one are Cool-sculpting has went from doing alright to becoming our largest revenue generator. We had to open an additional day of the week to fit patients in for the service and now are open 6 days a week.
