Melton McFadden is great to work with. I've been with Scott Melton for over 30 years. The staff/ family here is incredible. Lisa, Theresa, Mary and all the ones, that I've had the pleasure of speaking with upon answer the phone, go above and beyond. They all treat you as if it was their own money they were trying to punch each penny out of, always finding the best rates and coverage. When I went through some Major life circumstance, Lisa and Theresa were my life savers, in so many ways. They still have the old school stand on customers are top priority. Great Job To All

Good place to go if you don't have a ton of money to start insurance. I got insurance here because i only needed the 1st months to get started not 2 like everyone else. They also checked all available companies and got me a pretty ok rate. Only issue i have is they don't take cash for payments or you have to do eft

Condescending, rude, and implied to me I was an inconvenience.I and my family have been with them for YEARS.I was at the dealer wanting to switch my vehicles on the policy and they seemed quite inconvenienced by my call. "I want to help you BUT..." They were stuck on telling me what they CAN'T do rather than focusing on what they were WILLING to do. I was here for Mark, but he's quit working here.I called State Farm after I got off the call with McFadden and State Farm was AWESOME! State Farm got me the rate I was hoping for AND seemed happy to be able to help.
