WORST customer service ever! Lady at the check out desk was completely rude the whole entire time while setting up a card for my family. After taking my information, she slammed down my driver's license on the table and not to mention she gave us the most snobbiest stare the whole time. The worst part was that both my children saw and knew how we were treated by this lady and they felt so uncomfortable. We've been to many libraries and never once have we been treated in this awful manner. Menomonee Falls Public Library is a horrible place and we will no longer be going.

This library is always noisy. I thought libraries were suppose to be quiet. There is a children's area on the first floor, but people always bring their kids upstairs and it is disrupting. Employees and patrons are always talking. It would be easy to same this was a generational thing, but unfortunately young and old are both inconsiderate and loud and it is frustrating that staff does not step in and ask people to keep it down.The study rooms are nice but way too bright for laptop use - they should have some blinds in there to cut the glare. The building itself is lovely and the resources are plentiful. The online reserve function is great for checking the availability and putting items on hold. Email reminders that your items are ready to pick up or due back to the library are a nice service. There is a nice little patio area upstairs with vending machines and you can sit out there on nice days and read or snack.

Best place to go if you need a quiet and well lite place to study. Plus, the bathrooms are clean and they have a break room for lunch. The only thing they are missing is a microwave for those of us who live there :D

Lots of resources and large sections of books. Everything is well organized and clean. Love that there are tons of quiet, private places to sit and get work done. Only complaint is that they don't seem to have many connections to other libraries in the area.

I always have a good experience when I visit the library. The staff is friendly, and it is always very quiet. The books I request always come in very fast, and I can always find what I am looking for online or at the library itself.
