Very clean and great docor for adults and young adults alike. Various options to choose from with study rooms and fantastic lighting for reading. However, in front of walkway says something to the fact of, we would be glad to be your neighbor, no matter who you are or where you're from. Projecting a friendly atmosphere! However the front desk employees do not smile and aren't very welcoming. All 5 times I stepped foot in the building waa given a negative, stern look as if I don't belong. Please retrain the staff at the front desk.

A very good to excellent library that offers a quiet and clean place to read, relax, study or use the internet with their desktop computers or you can borrow a laptop from the library and use their free wifi. They offer coffee in the mornings under a donation basis and free document scanning to .pdf and many other file formats. The cost to fax, email or print a document is minimal. This library is handicap accessible and offers private study rooms with blackboards and slide presentation machines to people that they can use to get their private work done or hold small to medium sized group meetings and conferences. And if they do not have a specific book that you are requiring, chances are they can order it for you or tell you where you can find it. As for future improvements that I would like to see is that the Library place some larger tables in the common areas where a person could have the use of a entire table if needed and if the Library could get a set of all 50 States legal compiled law statues and Law books that deal on the topic of the United States of America Constitution and it's Civil Rights Amendments.Overall, Village of North Aurora, IL Messenger Public Library is 5 Star Excellent Library!

only a quiet place to read if you are in a closed room. If you are anywhere but the 'silent reading room' you can hear the staff's conversations/ customer interactions from even the most secluded corners of the library
