They dont even get a a star. The worker didnt know what she was doimg and the process wasnt explained but they refused to take accountability. This organization doesnt care about the community..not really. An employee can misinform a client and they went above and beyond to try and justify Raegans mistake. Its all about recognition. But this the worst not for profit. How about you learn empathy and how to listen instead of speaking. God dont like ugly community action.
