Went for help with our electric bill, didn't even wait to speak to person. She was rude to the person in front of us, I could hear all the personal information from that person even though I was sitting across the room. It was almost like she felt she was to good to be helping the person. She acted like shewas better than the couple she was helping. I was so put off by this person we left.
