The ladies here are amazing! Carla is fast and has helped me with new quotes for my home and autos. Jan was amazing when we purchased a new vehicle and needed to update our policy. I had been with a company for 15 years and I left that company to come here to Mid-Missouri Insurance.These ladies have both helped my family and extended family get what we need and are always quick to answer any of my questions. I cannot express the gratitude I have for them and the excellent customer service I have received from them.

We own a small business in Bolivar MO. I started the business in 2007 as a one man operation and I started my business liability policy with Mid Mo insurance then. As our company has grown to 10 employees in 2015, with 5 service vans and 2 trucks Mid Mo has been with us all the way!We trust them with all of our coverage needs including worker compensation, vehicle, and general liability.Quite often we need to send certificates to organizations whom we do business with, Mid Mo agency is always on top of it, and take care of us right away with everything so we don't skip a beat!
