I hate how this is the only Gigabit capable internet service provider in Miles City. The service has always been top notch, however I believe we are being price gouged by a company that has a monopoly in the area. I have friends in other areas who are getting similar service for a quarter of the price. We are asked to pay per gb, but now streaming/gaming services use more and more data. Please Midrivers listen to your customer base and cancel the wide open pay per gb. I actually hate to use my internet at my home anymore, because I know any usage will increase my bill substantially.

I've had mid-rivers communications for years (12) and have seen alot of changes, like many retirees were on a budget and prices continue to increase, this is with everything...milk,bread,gas,utilities, ect. But one thing that separates being with a co-op vs a big company that is located in L.A. ,Chicago New York city...heck even (China, Pakistan or India) is you get good o'l speaking Americans and you get the comfort of driving to your local business and meet with your provider! And may I add...some of the most friendliest people too!! Being on a budget you can actually talk to someone that understands and is willing to go over different kinds of plan's and yes im going to say it out loud...."be sincere to do whatever is within there policies to help you continue to have t.v. and internet...bless the community provider mid-rivers! Bless the people who work hard for them and bless them for competing with those "no good" big companies that dont give a hoot and you and I...so before you get all worked up and go to the dark side...call, walk,drive or ride a bike to your local store and sit with them to see where you can help yourself in pricing and most of all support your community before supporting a big company that takes your money and sends it to China.... mid rivers money goes to our communities and employees many of families that live amongst us! Thank you mid-rivers for all your efforts to be in our communities and keep prices competitive!!! By the way...you have the friendliest employees in the world!!!
