Many people are unhappy with the per usage charge. For me, it worked out great. Granted, I watched Netflix, Hulu on low resolution (good enough for me). My monthly bill was always around $30. I've lived all over the place and my usual bill is around $100.

Had to pay a 200 dollar deposit because I refused to give this shady company my social. When I discontinued service it took two weeks for them to disconnect the Internet and two months later they still haven't returned my deposit. I think this branch is on the verge of bankruptcy.

No competition in Sidney mt they charge way way too much. If you decide to get cable its over 100 plus for junk channels in my opinion. So if you stream all your tv like another commenter said its a 1 dollar per hr if not more. If you have a 4k tv one episode 45 mins of breaking bad is 30 gigabytes at .20 a gigabit is 6 dollars per episode on a 4k tv. One month my bill was over a 1000 dollars my 4k tv some apps wont let you tv off 4k unless you go to there websites netflix wont let you do it in app on my tv.

The per gb service is a robbery. Modernize your service please, its a joke. I do online schooling and stream on twitch as a hobby/side job. The size of my bill is insane and for the speeds its not worth it.

THIS COMPANY CHARGES BY THE GIG FOR HOME INTERNET. I just want to say THANK YOU Midrivers communications! Your continuous bad quality of internet never leaves me anymore disappointed than I already am. Each time tech support has come to my house it has never changed the quality of internet. We cant even watch a movie off of Amazon prime with out it buffering 4-8 times. Been your loyal customer for at least 5yrs now and it feels more like a bad relationship that I cant get out of because theres no other internet options in my area (BTW good job taking advantage of that ). This months bill is 205$ and thats not even my highest bill this year. Because of you midrivers I cant have an Alexa due to the fact they continuously use data. I've changed all the setting on my roku to lower resolution in Hope's of saving money it brought my bill down from 350$. So what's the point of high speed internet if you cant even view it in HD? Edit comment for resonpse: (Not waisting my time calling just to be put on hold) Everytime I have brought up my bill being that expensive I've only been told to manage my gigs better. And tech support has come number of times with no change. And by saying most of your customers only pay around 50$ how does that apply to me? Are you saying the amount that I pay isnt relevant because of that????
