My experience with them is less than pleasant. As I was a tenant and for three months I’ve called and complain of no air in my home which made it unbearable to live in as well as unwanted bugs coming through the duct work in which we called weekly to have fix. Charles Paul does not keep his properties up to code therefore forcing us to move to a better location. Our living circumstances were horrible with no air. Also upon moving in which I Gave them a notice, they had the new renters moving in while we were trying yo move out. Imagine being at work and getting a call from your neighbor that someone is in your home without you being there. They just didn’t care at all. Just wanted to move someone into the residence with no regards to their prior tenants. That is no way to conduct business. I will never be renting from them again.
