How this joke of a place has a 3 is beyond me. This is a list of excuses you will hear every time you try to order/buy something 1. We don't have it. 2. We have no idea when it will be in.3. We can't get that. If you order something custom made IT WILL NEVER BE DONE RIGHT. So you will hear this 1. Did you order it correctly? 2. We can redo it and it will take another 3 months for you to get it. 3. Well we hired new people I was in there today along with 6 different fireman from 3 departments. None of the orders were correct. Most of what was ordered either did not come in or was made wrong. Most of what we needed they did not have. The front desk help should be embarrassed. They are rude and have no clue how to wait on people . We have ask our department to drop the contract with them. I wanted to give zero stars but it would not let me
