Have been with Mike at this office for almost ten years and even though I moved to Las Cruces I still consider him my agent. He and the office staff are always there to respond to any questions quickly and with professionalism.

Incredibly unprofessional. All was requested was some insurance I.Ds and I was hung up on twice while given attitude.

Do not care for the insurance person..I have been with state farm for over 12 years in Rio Rancho.New Mexico ..I transfer my insurance down to. T or C , New Mexico..and let's say again this was to transfer.Then why did. They do a Credit Check. 4 times on me...and then when I called to inquire why ? female agent stated they did not ..Directly lied to me while I'm on phone.And when I e-mailed telling her she lied she Dropped my insurance after 12 years no issues at all..and also since I transfer. My insurance the amount changed.I thought odd.I'm paying more because I had it transfer.Not 1 time in 12 years have I had an accident ..or gain any type of a discount.which I should of had.that were never added to the policy..I will never go with this company again.But will warn others.Don't transfer to T or C.New Mexico.They're not out to help you..more like increase something that doesn't need to be .Actually this company needs to be Audited big time .State Farm .Mike PotiaAll of his accounts
