I threw away half of the pages that I had printed here because they were useless. I was told that "I did not tell him to reformat them and that's why they looked like that." He did not offer to fix it. Upon throwing them away he told me that "if he had known I didn't need half of them it would have been cheaper." And proceeded to charge me the full amount. I have an abundance of printing needs, none of which will be done here ever again.
