(My project was moved to this location)It pains me to write this, as everyone has been very friendly. I have spent 2 months trying to get a brochure project off the ground and have had far too many problems. -My project manager quit as soon as my project was taken on.-My project was moved to another store without my input. -Despite a mutually agreed upon timeline and project process, no deadline has been met. No progress has been made in 2 months!!!-Every time I attempt to move forward or follow up, I'm told: (exact quotes) "Yes, we are still on target. I will try sending it again.".... with nothing getting sent. OR "I will have everything to you this evening."... with nothing getting sent. This has gone on for over a month.Unless you're doing something very simple, forget about Minuteman Press...And for those things, there's better options on the internet.
