Well let's see where do I start. I've been using Minuteman Press for about a year and a half and was very happy with them. Two weeks ago I called to place an order for some more invoices. They told me there was a 50% deposit due which I've never had to pay before. So after arguing with them about that, I tried to give them my credit card number over the phone, but since I couldn't tell them the CID code because it has worn off they couldn't process it. So they said they would take care of it and I didn't have to go up there. Since then I've called them several times and left messages. No one has gotten back to me so I decided to drive up there just to find out they have moved. So I get over to the new location and go in. Just to find out that they haven't even started on them because they haven't received the deposit. So after some choice words and no help from staff. I'm going to go use office depot. Me personally I will not be using Minuteman Press ever again.
