The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. The owner and manager was unbelievably rude to me. She had big blond hair and a horrible attitude. If you are smart you will not go to Minuteman press. I've been told the best print service location is on 56th Street. Much friendlier staff and they will not destroy your documents, or go behind a wall and openly talk badly about you to fellow coworkers, who were trying to calm her down. I was shocked at the way they talk to me after they made a mistake. Avoid this place. What horrible customer service, on top of having higher prices than the competition.
