Yesterday, I had a terrible experience at this Minuteman Press location, and I have dealt with many in The USA and Canada. The lack of courtesy, inattentiveness and the general feeling of them doing me a favour, was appalling... simply to print some business cards! When I realized that she was the owner of the business, all I could say, was ''Unbelievable'" as I took back my file and walked out ... worse customer service ever experienced in ANY enterprise!!!! Hopefully, this review will trigger an attempt to better others' experience.
