Had a really bad experience getting something emailed and not informed of a minimum charge and felt way overcharged for services. On top of it the email they sent never arrived and I almost lost out on a job because of it. I even tried talking it out with them and said that I wouldn't support a business that is not upfront about pricing and can't even do the job I over paid for. Kinkos is way cheaper if you need to email out. Kinkos is also more friendly and willing to help. This minuteman press doesn't have good customer service skills and definitely will not get my business again.
