I've had multiple former employees tell me that the owners are incredibly disrespectful. "I've never been spoken to like that by an employer." is an all too common phrase you'll hear from former employees. Even clients they are attempting to reach say "I'd do business with you if I didn't have a NEW CSR every other month." Horrible bosses and dreadful atmosphere.
