I was asked me to be available to pick up shirts from Minuteman Press Virginia Beach. We eagerly waited around all day for the call so we could go get them. I was shocked when he told me there had been no word at all. Even more shocked when I learned this order has been pending since early June. He said he followed up throughout the day and got no response. We both wasted a day on an order that never came. I am completely appalled over the lack of professionalism by the staff over addressing my concerns. Will never use them again.
