Overall Feedback:

Mileage fee is excessive. I was not aware that there was a THIRD mileage charge. We were charged an extra $150 "mileage fee" (even though their office is not even 3 miles from our new house) for them to pick up their pods. We had already paid $300 "mileage fees" PLUS the $417.78 for the first months rent with tax for two pods. It ended up being an expensive move (almost $1,000 for the two pods for one month) I would not use again. They were nice enough to deal with but need to restructure their fees.
