I can't say enough great things about this company. Have done many projects with them over the past eight years. Aside from always producing top quality products, on time, at a reasonable cost, their customer service is what makes me a loyal customer. I especially want to acknowledge the STELLAR service that I always receive from my rep, Deborah (Deb) Ortega. Deb is responsive, thorough, professional and treats me, a relatively small client, like a VIP. I trust her implicitly with my projects. I also really adore her as a person and, though we have never met, consider her a dear friend. She went above and beyond for me this week, putting together a proposal for a very personal project. It meant so much to me and, while I've written reviews about her before, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge her once again. Thank you, Deb. And thank you Modern Postcard!

Great customer service, great product, great turn-around time. My company has been ordering custom products with them for a few months now and Brian always makes sure we get exactly what we’re looking for. We’ve printed business cards, trifolds, and postcards with them now and have many more projects in the works. Modern Postcard does it right.

Great customer service and products. We used them for a job 5 years ago and when I called they found our earlier job and reprinted it for us perfectly! They saved me a lot of time trying to located proofs and rushed the job so we didn't miss a day without promotional materials. Thank you!

These guys have excellent quality and the best customer service ever. They've worked with me on several jobs to get it just right. I cannot trust the print quality of anyone in my town so I go the Modern Postcard without question. Thank you so much for the great service with reasonable prices.

Just want to quickly acknowledge my long-time MP sales rep, Deb Ortega, for being SO great to work with. :) Her customer service is truly flawless. I appreciate that she reaches out to proactively see if there's anything in the pipeline that she/MP can assist with. (There usually is and her gentle nudge helps me to keep our projects on track ;) She also follows up to make sure we were satisfied with every job. I have used the Simplecard system to print my note cards, which I sell at craft shows. I have ordered about 20 sets of cards so far, and every time I am impressed with their high quality, fair cost, and speed in arrival.I have one experience with their customer service, and it was a very good one. I had ordered a set of cards with a blue iris. I received an email from MP suggesting that I re-send the photograph in CMYK format, rather than the RGB that I typically use. It was explained that the colors would render more faithfully in the blue range. After uploading the new image file, they printed both orders for the price of one. I was able to see the difference in the images, and had some spare cards for family members!My customers appreciate the quality of the cards, and I will continue to buy them as long as the price remains the same. Thank you.
