Feedback:
I sent in artwork for business cards to correct print specifications (300dpi, CMYK in a PDF format). The card was slightly wider than conventional size but the trim marks were clearly visible. The online proof came back with the comment that the image bled outside the trim. I replied to point out that my trim marks had been disregarded and could this be rectified please. No word came back. After a week, I still had heard nothing and telephoned. It was only then that it was explained to me that they only print to conventional size of 55mm x 85mm. Fine, but why was this not pointed out to me when I sent my email to explain my trim marks and why was my query subsequently ignored? Time towards the deadline was lost. In addition, I have been charged for the cancelled work and my query on this also ignored. I will never use them again and am still pursuing a refund.
