Most incompetent dealership I have ever been to in my life. I went in to buy out my lease and after going through the whole process, they tell me I am not able to buy it out from them because I got my car elsewhere. YET, when I visited them last week I was told I could AND I informed them I got the car elsewhere. Spoke with the manager about the whole ordeal and instead of apologizing for THEIR ERROR, he is super obnoxious and rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Now I know why the place is empty of customers. Look elsewhere for a friendlier and more helpful VW dealership.

This review has been a long time coming. I bought a used VW Tiguan from Mohegan Lake back in 2014. They were great during the purchase process and for the short while I was living in the region, their services were also fairly priced. I have since moved several times and gone to several VW dealerships for service and I can honestly say none of them come close to the service I received at Mohegan Lake. Oh, and the Tiguan is still going strong with 120,000 miles! Thanks again!

Honesty is the absolute best policy and if it wasn’t for the integrity and honesty of a salesman named Bill I would be without an unspecified amount of money I nearly lost. This great man picked it up and did his due diligence to find who the money belonged to by contacting the bank where the withdrawal receipt was from and within a day I was returned this money. It is people like Bill that keep this country incredible and a reminder that there are definitely good people that live here. If I wanted a car I would go see this man because, by his actions as a human being, I’m pretty sure I would get a great deal or two least know he would work his best to get me the best deal possible.
