They track all the activity and report it to us in a way in which we can clearly identify the potential areas that need attention or generally where we need to apply more focus.One key thing recently was getting us to include the Live Chat on our website which has definitely paid off as we have converted enquires off this to actual customers.They also do not get phased when providing bespoke images for various marketing activites when we cannot put into words the images we require, their patience is appreciated.
