Within a job one can expect little-to-no growth, non-rewarding work, deadlines, and upward mobility based off who likes who best. Not very fulfilling a prospect. Within Momentum, however, one can expect to gain positive personal and professional growth, fulfilling opportunities to give back learned knowledge to others, upward mobility based off personal performance, zero deadlines, and a future that's bright and ever-open. I love this company and all of the people here! It is such an uplifting and motivating place to work. The best part is that the managers practice what they preach and are very hands on when it comes to training and leading employees. The company stays true to what they say, and I love seeing my co-workers work their way up to higher positions as Corporate Trainers or as Managers! I drive a longer distance than most just to work here because it is everything that I have always wanted in a career and more!
