It is nothing more than a scheme. The boss lady there is something like Cruella DeVil. I worked there for a couple months. I worked long hours, even on my days off. Because what they don’t tell you is that even when you don’t have to come in....you have to come in. At least for the morning meetings. You’re expected to hangout with your coworkers and are pretty much forced to be their friends and suck up to Jessica’s behind. The boss lady, Jessica Vihtelic, is an awful person. I am in the army and when I went into work visibly upset because I had gotten news from my doctor I might have cancer, she looked at me and said does the army let you cry like this because honestly it’s disgusting. She actually said those words to me. She once even said that while other people may put her down (no one ever did) she said excuse me while i go wipe my face with a hundred dollar bill and cry while wearing 400 dollar shoes. It doesn’t end there though. She told us that she hates going to hospitals “ because sick people are so depressing and I can’t stand to be around those kinds of people”. I worked there in sharonville about 2 years ago but I still remember the awful things she use to say. I remember barely bringing home 150 a week but told if I keep it up that in maybe 6-12 months I could be earning way more. All that by the way is a lie. You go into sams clubs and try to sell people random junk that doesn’t work or isn’t worth the money. For example hair straighteners, cosmetics, food, pillows (those bamboo ones). The reason you are there is because that company couldn’t sell their cheap products and is now asking the marketing company to go and try to sell them. It was some of the worst stuff I have ever seen and even though you spend so much time and effort trying to get somewhere in the company you’ll be doing it all in vain. You’re told that if you earn your boss a ton of money than one day maybe you will earn money one day too. Don’t do it. Walk away and go work anywhere else! But be warned. They have offices all over the country. They’re all advertised as marketing company’s or groups and they all go by different names so you don’t figure out they are all affiliated and started from the same company! They’re just branches off of one company that just keeps branching and going by a new name. Don’t fall for it! I’d rather shovel elephant dung at the zoo before I ever work for someone as awful and cruel as Jessica Vehtelic again.

Worst place I have ever worked. Run away. They won’t pay you what you’re owed. They will work you over 80 hours a week and not pay overtime and the owner is a real cow.

The reps at Momentum Marketing were very helpful. They answered all of my questions and the girl that I talked to was very nice and helpful. I will be glad to go through Momentum again in the future.

Worst experience of my life. I turned down multiple offers for this pathetic excuse of a company. They misled my with regards to the potential success it has to offer. They have poor management and trainers who lack intelligence. They reprimand you for taking your full allotted breaks and create lies in order to control their employees. I have left this company and have yet to receive my 2 weeks worth paycheck. It's been over a month now. Such a disgrace.

After deciding the career I was in was not the best fit for me I had to figure out what to do next. I have now been working with Momentum Marketing for about 2 months. The work culture here is one of the best I have experienced. The people are incredibly intelligent, humble, and have great senses of humor. I never leave work in a bad mood.

I have been a part of Momentum Marketing Group for 6 months and have done nothing but grow in my skill set as a professional, a communicator, a manager and a leader of others. This has by far been the most posative and motivating work environment of my 11 year career. Momentum has shown me that there is no limit to success and I am excited for my future with the company as an Executive!
