Good business park located on the Manchester/Salford border.plenty of facilities for offices etc and very close to Salford central train station and also local bus services.plenty of places nearby to get lunch and a coffee.free carpark available but seems limited or busy so beware.pay and display nearby.there is a health assessment centre located here for pip claimants.

I have visited Deva many times and as far as Business Parks go, it's got to be the best in Manchester. City centre location, so great for amenities and public transport, onsite parking and easy access to the main road links, plus 24 hour security and secure parking.
