This location is severely understaffed. Waited in line for almost an hour to drop off a car and get a receipt. On a Saturday they had one associate working the counter to help people while a manager sat in the back. You'd think the manager would come out and help get customer in and out rather than let them stand in line for an hour. Such poor customer service. I ended up just using the drop box because after an hour I had enough.
