I came here after dealing with several issues with a different license plate agency and was stunned just how different they were! We only waited about 10 minutes to be seen, and the woman who assisted us was incredibly helpful. I was registering an out of state vehicle and there were some confusing items on my end, but throughout the whole process she was kind, patient, and very very helpful! The whole experience took maybe 40 minutes (which is really good coming from up north - trust me).Plus the office is much bigger and has seating options unlike the Havelock office.

They seem to think that North Carolina doesn’t have a Purple Heart license plate for motorcycles. They laughed and said there isn’t room for your medal. I called the state and they mailed me one and had it to my house within 4 days.
