I really wish i can put no stars for this company i dont know were to start and were to end i believe i was over charged and facing cancellation due to the idiot son putting an incorrect address on my file this company is really bad and i would recommend no one getting a policy here

I have never experienced such a bad service. This is a family owned business and the son is extremely disrespectful, even one time told me to shut up in the middle to my inquiry about car insurance. I will give them 0 star but thats not an option. Stay away from this company.

I have been insured with Mr. Auto Insurance since 2002 with Dairyland Auto Insurance Company. I recently went there to check for a cheaper price on renewal. They saved me 450 total for 6 months with another company. They are a independent agent and represent 35 companies.They searched for me and saved me alot of money. Outstanding customer service and caring for there longtime customer. I would recommend that you call them when your policy renews and have them search for you to find a lower price. Nobody can beat an independent agent. Great place.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! THIS MAN IS VERY RUDE AND DISGUST'S ME. IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY BY A COMPANY BEFORE. HE HUNG UP ON ME TWICE. THE FIRST TIME I CALLED FOR A QUOTE HE ASKED ME A FEW QUESTIONS AND BEFORE I KNEW IT, MY CAT WASTED COFFEE ON PAPERWORK AND MAIL AND I ASKED IF HE COULD HOLD ON FOR A FEW SECONDS, IT WASNT EVEN A MINUTE AND HE HUNG UP. SO I THOUGHT IT WAS BAD CONNECTION FROM MY CELL PHONE AND CALLED RIGHT BACK. SO HE STARTED ASKING ME MORE QUESTIONS, INE QUESTION HE ASKED WAS WHO LIVED IN MY HOUSE. I EXPLAINED TO HIM IT WAS ME AND MY FAMILY. HE SAID YOU CAN ADD THEM OR EXCLUDE THEM. I SAID EXCLUDE, THEY SHOULDNT BE ON MY CAR INSURANCE. AND STARTES LAUGHING. HE ASKED THE SAME QUESTION AGAIN!! I SAID IT THIS TIME IN A MORE STRONGER TONE SINCE THE FIRST TIME IM THINKING, THAT HE MUST NOT OF HEARD ME. ONCE AGAIN HE HUNG UP THE PHONE!!. NEVER EVER WILL I USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY KIND OF INSURANCE. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

These people are a scam . They got my car repossessed they lied to my car dealer saying coverage was removed when it never was. Dishonest and unprofessional I payed almost a 1000 dollars for insurance after they miscalculated rates over n over just for them to say after I payed they miscalculated again they will take your money ♂️
