Very disappointed with Mr Flyer. I had booked to deliver 10,000 flyers around Glasgow. I had requested specific postcode to be sent in order of preference, without consulting me they omitted some of my preferred postcodes due to their own views on what my target audience might be. In trying to resolve this I had asked they either deliver to the omitted postcode or refund the money for the 1300 or so they missed which was declined, instead they tried to up-sell to me and request I spend another £850 with them to cover the postcode that was missed.Very very poor service, even worse customer complaints procedure and would not consider using again. Over £1,000 down the drain.
