Worked at Mr Flyer for over a year while doing my final year at uni. The company is run by professional and responsible people who go the extra mile to treat their employees with respect and ensure equal opportunities. The work itself is definitely tough and dealing with all types of weather can be a bit demoralizing at times, however the company does its best to incentivise their employees with the reward and bonus scheme. I always felt like my work was valued and I was appreciated as a team member. In addition to this, other staff are friendly and what stood out to me was how the more experienced people were always willing to help out the new team members and share knowledge about the job. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Mr Flyer and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a job and is willing to put in the hard work for an honest day's pay. In addition to that, based on my experience inside the company, I can assure any business looking for leaflet distribution services that you will not find a more reliable and effective company than Mr Flyer. They genuinely care about the quality of the distribution and put the needs of their clients first.
