Worked in Mr Flyer for almost a year, while doing my last year in uni. The job itself is not easy as weather sometimes could be absolutely miserable. However, apart from uncontrolled weather the company is managed under outstanding quality and respect to every team member. Job is really rewarding if you are not lazy. What I admired the most is that the managers understand the role of leaflet distributor as they themselves were distributing in the earlier stages of business development. Therefore, in this company is a strong connection of human factor when it comes to the work ethics.Mr Flyer declares to be managed by the Christian values. It was hard to believe at first, but after first couple of weeks my scepticism vanished as guys proved to be very nice, supportive people without any egoistic needs.Finally... I am slightly disappointed that I have joined Mr Flyer only at my final year in uni, as my experience in the UK would have been much more better if I would have joined this company from my 1st year. Wishing the company all the best in a future and would definitely recommend this place for other students.
