Worse costumer service ever! James Stinks! He never called back to process order/payment. When I confronted him with proof that he never bother to return my calls (9 to be accurate) he was very rude and disrespectful. The promised job never got done despite several calls with other staff members. Also “Ricky” promised to have printing job done but failed. I hope they go out of business and if “James” isn’t the owner I hope he gets Fired!

It isn’t often that the internet fails me, but it did on Halloween when a shirt I ordered online never arrived. I called Mr. Print at noon ready to get down on my knees and... beg them to print a much-needed shirt before they closed at 5:30 (you thought I was ready to get down on my knees and do something else, didn’t you? Well, I would’ve done that, too)(Don’t judge me. I REALLY wanted that shirt). To my relief I did not have to do any begging (or any other things). James was calm, cool and the epitome of professional. He had my shirt ready in less than 3 hours, and it looked EXACTLY like the online version!! I ended up getting ketchup all over it that night and ruined it anyway, but this will still be remembered as the year Mr. Print saved Halloween. Or the year Trump sabotaged America.

Marlon was AWESOME! He helped me with everything from business cards to signs for my trailer! He helped with design and layout! I highly recommend Mr. Print to anyone who needs t-shirts, business cards, signs and everything else under the sun!
