This Company is a shady company at best. They acquired the previous Software Company I was employed at and with in 4 months they were already firing members on the previous company for no reason what so ever. They made up lies and did anything they could to to justify the dismissal of the previous company personnel. So beware if your company is acquired by this Software company your employees jobs will not be secure, but for a short period. Also they will have you sign an Agreement that they say is just standard operating procedure, that dis allows you to have an appeal or any kind of legal recourse unless you have plenty of available Funds. If your thinking of allowing this company to acquire your current company, and if you care what happens to your Employees then I would refrain from joining this Company. They will rid the current employees, and Justify it for any reason they see fit.
